An audit is a snapshot. Getting found is a loop — indexation,
pages, authority, repeated for months. This is that loop, run for you at
RM1,500 a month on a six-month minimum, and reported in a way you can check.

The diagnosis comes first and its fee comes off the retainer. This
is the whole commercial arrangement — there is no second invoice behind it.

For businesses that are good enough to convert, but still too
hard to find.
Starts with the deep audit — its fee credits 100% into month one
- Indexation cleared first. Every target page returns 200, self-canonical,
in the sitemap, unblocked — before any ranking work is done on it
- 3–4 pages published every month, one page per intent cluster, batches
of ten or fewer
- Query set tracked in English and Bahasa Malaysia, frozen per page so
progress cannot be re-baselined
- Authority paced at 3–5 new referring domains a week, maximum — no PBNs,
paid links, blasts or bulk directories
- One monthly report against a seven-step milestone ladder, where an
unreadable source prints as unavailable and never as a zero

WHAT IS GUARANTEED, AND WHAT IS NOT
If your tracked pages are not
indexed and earning impressions on their own query set by month three, you stop and
owe nothing further.
That is a promise about the part I control. Indexation and
impressions follow from work I do. A position follows from Google, and
anyone who guarantees you one is either guessing or lying. No ranking, traffic or
revenue outcome is promised anywhere in this engagement.

Start with the audit
The monthly loop
Five things happen every month, in this order.
Indexation comes first, and that is not negotiable. Ranking work on
a page Google is not allowed to index is wasted effort that looks like progress.
MONTHLY SEQUENCE
- 01 Indexation clearance. Every target page returns 200, is
self-canonical, sits in the sitemap, and is not blocked. Anything quarantined
carries a written release condition and a date.
- 02 The query set stays frozen. Every live page carries its own
tracked queries, in English and in Bahasa Malaysia. The second-language tail is
routinely uncontested where English is saturated, and that is where a Malaysian
business wins first.
- 03 Three to four pages published. One page owns one intent
cluster. Batches never exceed ten. A keyword list is not a page list.
- 04 Authority, paced. Three to five new referring domains a
week, maximum, from sources you genuinely belong in. No PBNs, paid links, blasts
or bulk directories — that is how domains get buried, not built.
- 05 One report you will read. Every page shown as tracked, with
impressions, or at zero. A source that could not be read is printed as
unavailable, never converted into a zero.
How progress is reported
Seven milestones. No later one is ever inferred from an earlier one.
This is the whole reporting model. If a page is crawled but not
indexed, the report says crawled. It does not round up.

"Discovered — currently not indexed" on a new page is the normal
waiting state, not a fault, and it is never presented as one.
Terms
Why six months.
Crawling takes days to weeks. Competitive positions take weeks to
months. At a ceiling of three to five referring domains a week, six months is roughly
seventy to a hundred and twenty domains. That is a real authority build, and it is the
shortest honest window in which the work can show.
